  4. Hi! If you are reading this file, it is most likely because you are running
  5. both IceEdit & IceChat, and wish to take advantage of a registration deal
  6. that is now being offered.

  8. The deal is simple: If you wish to register both pieces of software AT THE
  9. SAME TIME, you can get a $5 rebate on one of the software packages. At this
  10. time, the base registration fee for each package separately is $15. If you
  11. choose to register both IceChat & IceEdit, instead of it costing you a base
  12. cost of $30, it will only amount to $25. This might not seem like a lot to
  13. some people, however these days every dollar in the pocket counts. Also
  14. consider that the registration fees of these pieces of software are relatively
  15. low to start with.

  17. Conditions of the offer:

  20. 1) This offer is only valid until August 31, 1994. (However, it may be
  21.    re-introduced in later releases)

  23. 2) This offer is only available to you if you are registering both software
  24.    packages AT THE SAME TIME. This means in the same envelope.

  26. 3) This offer is NOT valid to those who have previously registered one or both
  27.    of the packages. (Refer to #2 above)

  29. 4) This offer is available only in Canada & the USA if you wish to have a disk
  30.    mailed to you or keys crashed to you. If you are willing to Poll for your
  31.    keys using a valid FidoNET address, then this offer is available anywhere.

  34. After reading the above conditions and complying with them, if you wish to
  35. make use of this offer, simply mark "IceEdit/IceChat Offer" on the
  36. registration form, rather than "IceEdit Base Registration fee". Please also
  37. be aware that this offer does not void the "Shipping Costs" (in other words,
  38. it will still be necessary to send either $2 for Crash Netmail or $5 for disk
  39. for the keys to be transported).
